In this paper, the main objects of study are Pairs of thin-walled high-Pier continuousrigid frame bridge and thin-walled pier. According the research literature about the pier topdisplacement and analyzing the calculation theory and calculation method of the existing piertop displacement to find out the strengths and weakness of the existing Pier Top displacementcalculation. In order to Find the new breakthrough about the displacement calculation formulaof the Pairs of thin-walled high-Pier.The articles start from the calculation of the Pairs of thin-walled high-Pier Topdisplacement,and consider the impact of the structural constraints of the upper and lowerparts of high pier stiffness of the anti-push to simplify the structure of the dual thin-walledhigh pier continuous rigid frame bridge, and analyz the adjacent pier and its superstructure’simpact on the calculation pier. Using the Mathematica software, and deducing the analyticalsolution of calculation of pier stiffness of anti-push which the adjacent pier and itssuperstructure impact on. Take a real bridge as the prototype, changing the various parametersof the analytical solution and analyzing the various parameters to find out the main factors.Considering coupling effect of the main factors we can find out the effect more direct andmore objective.Using the energy principle, deducing the double walled High Pier top displacementformula and analyzing the pairs of thin-walled high pier using finite element softwareMIDAS/Civil to verify the formula. Under the formula, Analysis pointed out that it shouldtake P-effect in count. At the same time, controlling the pier top level of power and windis an effective way to reduce the pier top displacement in construction.Under the effect of the horizontal force and its own weight, analyzing the completedbridge state, consider the p-Δ effects of the bridge we can find that some Piers topdisplacement increases, some piers top displacement decreases. In order to avoid Large piertop displacement of side Pier, it should avoid the emergency brake on the deck. Similarly,compared the effect of temperature load and its own weight with the effect of temperatureload alone, we can find that the pier top displacement increase much. That is why thetemperature load controlled the design of high pier. In order to avoid the adverse effects of thetemperature load, it should select the appropriate closure temperature to improve the structureof high pier top displacement and force.
