The vehicle load acting on highway bridges is random, and vehicle type is various. Theexisting dynamic analytical models of vehicles for coupling vibration between highwaybridge and vehicles can not cover typical moving vehicles on highway bridges. In this paper, dynamic analytical models of typical vehicles will be developed, and dynamic analyticalmodel base of vehicles will be formed, more realistic analysis on dynamic response of bridgeunder extreme vehicle loads can be carried out.According to classification of traffic loads investigation, dynamic analytical model ofeach typical vehicle is established respectively. There are nine types, four vehicles, five trucks.the equations of motion of vehicle are derived using the D’Alembert principle, then the massmatrix, stiffness matrix and damping matrix of vehicles can be formed; and the mass matrix, stiffness matrix and damping matrix of trucks are derived using virtual work principle.Aiming at single-girder and multi-girder bridge model, the geometrical couplingrelations and mechanical relations corresponding to the two model are presented respectively. And the nine models are embedded into two-way multi-lane vehicle-bridge couplingstochastic vibration analytical system, the typical vehicle model base is formed, the systemcan consider random characteristic of vehicle loads moving on highway bridges. Finally, taking Haierwa bridge as an numerical example, the system is applied to analyzeresponse of key position of bridge under heavy vehicles, which is compared with the responseunder highway load of class I, the difference between different response is discussed. Thestudied results can provide a certain scientific basis for dynamic analysis of coupling vibrationbetween highway bridge and vehicles.
