With the raising speed of vehicles, the dynamic interactions of vehicles and bridge are paid more attentions. On the one hand, the dynamic impacting action of moving vehicles to the bridge influences the working state and the using longevity of the bridge in direct. On the other hand, the safety and stability of moving vehicles on bridge is the important factors to evaluate the parameters of dynamic design. When the vehicles pass the railway bridge, it will cause the vibration of bridge. The bridge not only resists the static loads but also the moving loads and the actions of vibrational inertia force of vehicle and bridge. The vibration of upper structure of bridge which caused by the dynamic action of vehicle pass the railway bridge may make the structural component fatigue and decrease the intensity and stability. The more vibration of bridge will influence the safety and stability of vehicles; when the dynamic changing frequency of vehicle equal or approach to the free vibrational frequency of bridge, which will make the resonance may intensify the response of bridge and vehicles.Wan Zhou Yangtze River Bridge is the establishing large span steel truss bridge now, and the property of it is the lower stiffness of the main girder. When the speed is high, the analyses and the vibration control of vehicles and bridge are very important, especially the dynamic lateral response of the system. Intellectual damper is widely applied in the seismic proof of civil engineering; it is significant of improving the safety and stability of vehicles by installing the intellectual damper to control the vibration of bridge when the response of coupling vibration of vehicles and bridge system is great.This paper combine the properties of railway bridge to establish the model of vehicle and three-dimension finite model of Wan Zhou Yangtze river bridge individually, then according to the basic hypothesis and through the relations of geometry displacement compatibility and force and adopting the mode superposition to establish the coupling model of vehicles and bridge. Adopting the track irregularity to the actuator sources of system, then simulate the track irregularity and check the validity of simulation, at the same time compute the dynamical response and evaluate the statistic rules of Wan Zhou Yangtze River Bridge in the condition of high speed vehicles. The model of vehicles adopts the three-dimensional discrete freedom with two appending devices, and the dynamic properties of bridge are get by the finite analysis software-ANSYS. Finally we realize the computer programming by software-PowerStation.This paper compare and analyze the mechanic model of damper established,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the models, and provide the revised model-Bingham and revised model-Danl, and have experiment to test its mechanic performance and evaluate the error of MR damper. Through the MR dampers of homemade, we have a series of test of damper, including the relationships between force and displacement, force and amplifier, force and frequency etc. And simulating the revised model-Bingham and model-Dahl to prove the correctness and rationality of two models.This paper deduces the equation groups of large span steel truss bridge which installed MR dampers of coupling vibration of vehicles and bridge. And provide the two strategies of semi-active control.
