Study On Mixture Design Method Of Stone Matrix Asphalt Pavement Based On Skid Resistance

With its good skid resistant properties and high temperature anti-rutting ability，TheStone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) mixture pavement is widely used in highway construction in thecountries of the world. In recent years，with the rapid development of our country’s highway，road users already no longer satisfied with a certain excellent performance of pavement，butfor all the way with the comprehensive performance is good，especially the pavement skidresistance. At present，the SMA pavement skid performance evaluation methods backwardand the SMA mixture design method is more dependent on experience.This paper through analyzing different nominal maximum size and The critical sievepassing rate，to ordinary SMA and intermittent graded rubber asphalt mixture (AR-GM)design and road performance with the influence law of the pavement，put forward the SMAimpact factor and factor levels of pavement skid resistant，with orthogonal experiment methoddesign pilot program，and forming the pavement interview. Appling the road surface texturetester to get pavement3D surface structure specimens image，according to the fractalgeometry，and using MATLAB calculation road surface texture structure fractal dimension（D），quoting from the fractal dimension characterization of pavement skid resistance.Through the characteristics of the fractal dimension of the skid indicator，Proposed excellentskid performance of SMA gradation maximum and minimum， and sliding indicatorsrecommended values for the fractal dimension，Through the indoor experiments verifyfractal dimension（D）characterization of pavement surface skid resistance of rationality andstability，and research the relevancy of fractal dimension (D) with pavement structure depth(TD) and surface friction coefficient (f).At the same time，This paper based on SMA pavement skid indicators fractal dimension(D) and excellent skid resistance of SMA gradation maximum and minimum，puts forward theexcellent performance of skid SMA asphalt mixture design method.
