| With the rapid development of domestic urban track traffic, various construction projects will be confronted with similar proceeding difficulties, which are actually distinct. Owner is the overall integrator and core manager during the implementation of project progression, thus the efficient methods of controlling critical targets quality, progress, contract and safety, achieving the ultimate goal of civil construction, which should be discussed and researched adequately. Therefore, the study and analysis of owner management in metro civil project is significant.Thesis introduces the general information of XinTang metro station civil construction, summarizes important and difficult points of owner management, describes all theories and means of administration, analyzes the supervision requirements of quality, progress, contract and safety, discusses the execution of "Four controls, Two administration and One coordination" during the project implementation, as well as guarantee measures for realizing the general objective. In this paper based on analysis and discussion, author clarifies the key control points of quality, progress, contract, safety in metro civil project supervision, presents multiple approaches and measures in actual process, provides a reference for the following metro civil construction management of project owner. |
