Based on the factors of National Sport Games and national physical fitness,Shen Yang Shenbei New Area people’s Congress Standing Committee decided to build stadiums in the Moral Development Zone Hao Xintai Village.The stadium adopts the steel frame structure,which is designed as single layer spherical reticulated shell,68 meters high,80 meters in diameter,the total weight is about 2000 tons,it was the world’s largest reticulated shell structure when it was completed in 2013.The spherical lighting engineering can display sports animation pictures at night.The interior of the sphere is 22 meters high,Square frame structure with side length of 34 meters,four layers above the ground,one layer below the ground,it has an area of 5334.05 square meters.The stadium are equipped with basketball,badminton,table tennis,chess,fitness and other facilities,outside of the stadium covers an area of 20000 square meters of fitness Plaza.After completion of the project it will be used as a place for public fitness activities.In this paper,through the project progress case of Shen Yang Shenbei New Area stadium project,to study the influential factors of the progress of the project management,by using the method of “project schedule nodes” to analyses the problems of the stadium project schedule.By comparing the current status of the project schedule with the original project schedule,to analyses the causes of the deviation for this project schedule.Through other project progress management experience and the project progress management theory-graph table method,find out the advantages and disadvantages of this project management.Based on the literature review and the research results of domestic and overseas project progress management,summarizing the successful experience of the completed stadium project in the progress management,it optimize and analyze the progress of project management.Through the dynamic control principle,the system principle,the closed cycle principle,the information principle and the elastic principle of the progress management theory to ectify deviations and to improve of capital,personnel,safety,quality and etc,make sure the project schedule can reach the expected effect.Through the in-depth study of the above methods,it provides inspiration for the thesis.According to the research of the relevant theory,this paper puts forward the following improvement measures according to the influence of the project progress management of Shenbei New Area stadium in Shenyang: Adapt reasonable and efficient way of approval,Speed up the approval of government investment projects.In the effective time,do a good job on manpower,material resources and related aspects of the construction arrangement.Using the construction environment and the natural environment reasonably,and improving the efficiency of construction effectively.Formulating regulations on safety management and strict safety work on site.According to the original project schedule,reasonable control of the existing project schedule.Improving the construction technology and management ability,in accordance with the norms and standards to control engineering quality;the reasonable control of the construction cost.The above management measures are also applicable to other project progress management,so it has some reference significance. |
