With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the requirement about transport are get higher and higher,it needs more tunnels to short the line and improve the operating conditions, which presents huge challenges to the projects builders.Xinzhuang long tunnel is one of the control projects in Lipan Expressway,and its geological and hydrogeological conditions are very complex.If large water inflow and collapse occurs in the construction process,it not only increases the investment,but also delay the construction period,even the improper treatments will bring security risks to the traffic operation.So,on the basis of exploration data,we strengthen advanced geological prediction and analysis the stratigraphic data which we get from the excavation,to get the causes of these diseases and avoid casualties or property losses.It is a great significance to the opening of Lipan Expressway on time that we make appropriate measures,reducing treatment costs and shortening disease treatment duration as enough as possible,in premise of security and quality.There have been two large water gushing,the cause of the fist one is that the tunnel is through a fault which stores rich groundwater,and the cause of the second is that the stratum is composed of the strong weathered conglomerates with argillaceous sandstone which stores rich groundwater.The cause of collapse is that a fault intersect with the tunnel in small-angle,in which the rock is crushing and has poor stability,Through the analysis of these disease’s causes,combining with the specific conditions of the tunnel and treatment instance of previous similar diseases,we decide make advance support,improve the rock support levels and make measures of drainage and water shutoff.As we analyse the monitoring measurement results,we come to the conclusion that the treatment is appropriate and the effect is significant.At last, I wish the study can provide experiences to other tunnel builders in future.
