The application of Mechanical sensors in AC variable speed drive systemincreases the system cost, increases the motor size, and reduces the reliability of thesystem. Therefore, the sensorless control system has become a research hotspot in ACvariable drive system.First, this paper in which plug-in PMSM is the object of control, determines themathematical model of the plug-in PMSM, introduces the generation way of SVPWMand the application of SVPWM in the field oriented vector control, and makes use ofMATLAB/SIMULINK for simulation of PMSM vector control. Second, this paperdiscusses the application of MRAS in plug-in PMSM speed identification, in order toimprove the control precision, the control system researches the method of the statorresistance real time observation, and discusses a kind of rotor position observer andstudies a control method for many parameters identification. Then simulations areperformed for the control system, which show that the recognition method not only hasthe high estimate accuracy, but also has good dynamic performance. Finally, the paperbriefly describes the applications of the TMS320LF2407A DSP in the SVPWMimplementation and PMSM sensorless control system.
