Study On Sensor Location For Fault Diagnosis Of Hydraulic System

Hydraulic system fault diagnosis is an important problem in the field of the engineering. Based on the functions and the faults of the hydraulic parts in the hydraulic system and the analysis method of logic and integrity, the problem of the sensor location for the fault diagnosis of hydraulic system will be studied in this thesis, in order to find an comprehensive information space for fault diagnosis of hydraulic syetem with the least signals. In the following is what will be done in this thesis:(1) To analysis, study and determine the signal-collections for the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic components, according to the functional failure of the hydraulic components.(2) To analysis, study and determine the signal-collections for the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic systems, according to the functional failure of the hydraulic systems.(3) In consideration of the engineering conditions, to analysis, study and determine the signal-collections for the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system of the HBT60concrete pump.
