With the increasing energy shortage and environment pollution, how to increase energy utilization rate and protect environment have become more and more significant. By using industrial waste-heat, solar energy or other low temperature heat source, ejector refrigeration system produces cryo chilled water used in industry; therefore, energy utilization rate is greatly improved. In this case, researchers focus on the research of ejector refrigeration system again. It has been proved that recycle of inferiority energy using the ejector refrigeration and vacuum technology has broad application prospect, especially in the industry fields of metallurgy, chemical and petroleum, in which production processes exhaust plentiful waste heat and waste gas.In this project, a small-scale ejector refrigeration system platform used in laboratory is established. By the application of a data acquisition system, people can obtain pressure, temperature, flow-rate, liquid level and other data at key positions of the system, according to which, analyze and find how different work conditions and structural parameters affect the ejector performances. Ultimately, the system can lay the foundation for the structure optimization and efficiency improving of the ejector and the efficiency increase of the whole ejector refrigeration system.The main work and results of this paper are given as follows:(1) According to experiment purposes and content, do research on performance parameters and structure size of the ejector refrigeration system. An ejector refrigeration system platform used in laboratory including temperature transducer, pressure transducer and flow-rate transducer is established.(2) Using Visual Basic6.0language, build a data acquisition software which has the function of data collection, drawing dynamic curves and database querying. In the consequence, the experiment data can be automatically obtained.(3) With FLUENT software platform, simulate and analyze the2D internal flow of the steam ejector under different flow conditions to find out the optimal performance of the experiment system under different work conditions, which can effectively guides experiments. The ejector refrigeration system established in this thesis can measure and analyze the system performance and internal flow law, through regulate working parameters. The data acquisition software built by Visual Basic6.0language has good interface and it can collect and process the experiment data, acquire the performance of the ejector refrigeration, provide actual date for theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Finally, predict the performance of the ejector refrigeration system in the different operating conditions through CFD simulation technology, which affords significant reference to the determination of experiment conditions.
