For the process scheme of HF10’s welding line, the article illuminates the base flow andmain working procedure of the process program, design, assemble and debug.We explain deeply what is the key emphasis in welding Simultaneous Engineering. work,according to the flow of new product development, we will discuss the manufacturability in thedifferent period of HF10’s development. Then give out the reasonable solution. We will get theconclusion that the working level of welding S.E. is closely relate to difficulty level of weldingline’s manufacturability. The article points out that welding S.E. is the most important foundationthat can ensure the welding line’s manufacturability.According to the conclusion of HF10’s S.E. analysis, we further perfect the processprogram. When we design HF10’s welding line process program, we think about the concept ofbuilding line for a product platform and the target of the product line’s economy, includingsharing product line between HF10and the other products, drawing up the process flow, the flowof welding part and assy, the layout of welding line, design of jig plan, checking jig drawing,drawing the process standard and so on.In this work, all operation reciprocal bond, at the same time they can push forward for eachother. Welding process flow is the foundation what can improve the process program of thewhole welding product line. The premise of drawing the welding line’s layout is the confirmationof the process route for all the part and the assy which will be welded. The project design ofwelding jig is the guiding file for the design of the jig, at the same time, the level of the projectdesign of jig can affect the feasibility of the welding process flow, and they decide the qualitycontrol ability of the welding product.When we check the jig drawing, we must check carefully if it is same with the projectdesign of welding jig, if it is operable when worker weld, if the worker can put into or take outthe panel part smoothly. At the same time we must review all the problems what happened in thepast, check in the new project, and make effective changes to avoid that it happen again. Sochecking the jig drawing is a crucial importance. We check it more carefully and we will pay lesswhen we manufacture, assemble or adjust the jig in the future, and we will also save more time.The level of welding line’s process program will be confirmed through adjusting thewelding line and the quality and accuracy of the product. At the same time, a good welding line can raise rigid requirements to the part and assy. So the adjustment of the welding lime goes onthe basis of the quality improvement of the parts, we can dived the period of the adjustment intothree different stages, they were called1PP,2PP and3PP. In these three stages, we will checkmany works separately including the feasibility of process flow, the manufacturability of welding,operability for the worker, repair ability of equipment, station work time, logistics rationality,welding accuracy of the product, process capability of the product line. If we find any problem,we should advance the measures of making corrections and check the changes at any time. Atlast we complete the adjustment of HF10’ welding line, and delivery a complete welding linewhich fulfill the initial requirement.
