This paper focuses on a new car in two stages of product design and prototype welding technology to improve the quality of body welding process control.Technology designed to speed up new product development, product design stage craft personnel involved. In the model Stage, analyze the model structure, process block and main section.The preparation of the initial process flow diagram, determine the manufacturing division of labor, production feasibility analysis, the investment cost of the production line budget and determine the production line manufacturing solutions. In product development Stage, engineering, product design department3D (2D) data, the feasibility of the production line, welding, quality analysis. Analysis of body structure, check the parts with the interference, rationality. Check the parts welded channel analysis part location space and welding space adequacy. Analysis of solder joint position, check multilayer welding. Projection welded parts, stud welding parts, plastic injection parts C02welding parts, focus location for process analysis.
