As an important part of the total energy consumption, lighting energy consumption is about19%of the total energy consumption, so green lighting gets more and more attention of people. As a new green lighting, LED has lots of advantages, such as energy-saving, environmental protection and advantages of long life, which is slowly replacing traditional lighting source in many areas. LED has an important significance of environment protection and energy saving. It is a new hope of the21st century lighting market by using LED lighting.LED is cold light source, and its performance influenced by the performance of drivers and the using environment. In order to guarantee high performance and high reliability of LED circuits, we need to let LED driver circuits make inspection and certification. Through testing and certification, we can usually find some problems in LED driver circuits. The proplems mainly include the electromagnetic compatibility substandard, low power factor, low efficiency, and safety performance problems, therefore by make testing and certification for LED driver circuits, to detect problems, analysis problems and solve them, are of important theoretical and practical significance.Based on analyzing the basic performance of LED and LED driver product certification bodies, part of LED authentication process is proposed. And a system solution is designed, which contains the problems of EMI suppression, power factor correction problems and safety performance problems, and makes comprehensive thorough research of these problems. At the text, the20W, SOW and100W LED driver circuits are researched respectively. The problems involved in the LED drivers are also researched, such as Electro Magnetic Compatibility and power factor correction.20W LED driver is desgned by using passive power factor correction;50W and100W LED drivers both adopt active power factor correction and have the circuit design and analysis of resistance to EMI. At first, LED is introduced. The development status of LED circuits and LED is also discussed. Secondly, EMC problems are analyzed and the EMC design for EMI filter has a detailed introduction. Thirdly, power factor correction is analyzed and design, and it is completed the ascension of power factor. Finally the safety performance problems of LED circuits are analyzed and discussed, and it gives the specific solutions about RoHS test, compression test and wet test, etc.At the text,20W,50W, and100W LED driver circuits are tested, and the waveforms of key points are collected and analyzed. Test results indicate that LED driver product prototype can undertake LED driver circuits can make the testing and authentication, and reach some of the testing requirements. The LED drivers work properly and perform stably. |
