The construction industry accounted for about20percent of the GDP of China is the pillar industry of China’s national economy. According to the statistics show that China’s annual construction area has over650million Per square meter, while generating construction waste is also increasing, with China’s urban transformation pace and speed up the development progress of township urbanization, as well as new socialist rural construction successfully carried out, the number of construction waste will grow exponentially. Domestic construction waste disposal or the dumping of untreated or landfill, which not only takes up a lot of land resources, and increasing environmental pollution.Construction waste recycled brick are cement, construction waste after crushing and screening as the main raw material, mixed with a small amount of sand and fly ash production of standard bricks, including the use of recycled aggregate in brick not less than the raw materials, the total50%. Production of construction waste recycled brick, you can consume a large amount of construction waste, and its production technology and equipment is relatively simple, is very conducive to the development of circular economy and promote sustainable development policy and its implementation, a very broad application prospects. However, utilization of construction waste has not yet relevant technical standards, the uneven quality of construction waste recycled brick products on the market, people hold reservations and wait and see attitude of construction waste recycled brick products, some companies in the government energy-saving support of the department’s bold use of construction waste recycled brick, but in practical applications such as cracks in the wall increasing, in large part become a bottleneck in the development of the new building materials.Study:In this paper, a micromechanical damage and failure mechanism of construction waste recycled brick, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation of recycled brick microscopic analysis of recycled brick porosity, cracks and interfacial transition zone of the native in the failure of loadedrole; move on recycled brick, static load test, the stress-strain curves of the construction waste as recycled brick; industrial CT technology on recycled brick specimen cross-section imaging analysis using box-counting method to calculate the CT scan images of recycled brickfractal dimension, reveal recycled brick microscopic damage mechanism.Significance:by scanning electron microscopy to understand the subtle concept of recycled brick internal structure, and analysis of regeneration of the brick specimen microscopic view of damage and failure mechanism, to deepen the study of the construction waste as recycled bricks, production and large-scale cross-section CT scan test,use to provide a technical reference.
