Research On The Application Performance Of The Coal Gangue Mixture As Base Course

Coal gangue is a kind of solid waste expeled from extracting coal and coal washing. The coal gangue,piled up lik a hill, not only take up a lot of land, but also pollute the environment, at the same time, it is a gteat threat to the surrounding,such as the plants, the animals, man’s life and property. How the coal gangue is applied to the specific projects is an important research topic currently.The main research content: Through the material performances test, the material, such as coal gangue, fly ash, can be used in base course; And related physical chemistry and performance of the coal gangue, coal ash, lime and cement were measured; By uniform design method,8group ratio schemes of the coal gangue mixture were designed; Through the experiment, three mechanical properties of the coal gangue mixture,such as compressive strength without lateral restraint, resilience modulus and splitting strength, were studied; The regression equations of the three mechanical properties were calculated; Influence of admixtures to them were analysed; In this paper reasonable dosage range were given.The results of the study show that the performances of the coal gangue mixture in base course were good, and achieve the scope of engineering application.
