With the vigorous development of coal industrial, coal gangue increased steadily as co-product of coal production with the output of coal. Coal gangue has occupied large area land, polluted environment, affected and endangered people’s lives and health seriously. How to make better use of coal gangue, expand comprehensive utilization, improve the synthetical beneficial result of society, have become an important subject. At present, study and application of coal gangue lime-fly ash mixtures in the road base at home. Because of the gangue is widely distributed in china, performance difference of coal gangue is larger in various regions. For ensure security of actual engineering, so should carry out the necessary tests and research work to coal gangue prior the application.This article is aiming at research on coal gangue in the mine area in xingtai prefecture of hebei province. According to material performance of coal gangue, analysis on the basic properties of coal gangue, physical properties、chemical properties. Making a reasonable design on coal gangue lime-fly ash (lime, fly ash) mixtures ratio, by design test scheme reasonable under using uniform design test principle. Make research on the mechanical property of coal gangue lime-fly ash mixtures as road base course material through experimental. And using MATLAB software, make regression analysis on relationship between mechanical performance of mixing amount of lime-fly ash and coal gangue. And the unconfined compression strength, compression rebound modulus and regression equation of splitting tensile strength of lime-fly ash mixture coal gangue were obtained. And analysis on the law that the influence of mixing amount of lime、fly ash to mechanics properties of coal gangue lime-fly ash mixtures, provides basis and reference for design and construction in pavement engineering.
