With the use time growth of the large number of reinforced concrete structures, structure deterioration problems have become increasingly prominent. In order to make this building structure to continue to play its role, project managers need to take certain maintenance reinforcement measures. This thesis will apply the Maintenance Cycle Cost (MCC) theory to the maintenance management field of the existing reinforced concrete structure, aimed at the lowest total cost as the goal in the structure repair cycle, to optimize the structure of the maintenance plan.This paper mainly includes the following several aspects of the study:(1) Introduce the MCC theory into the maintenance plan management of the existing reinforced concrete structure, aimed at changing the single time maintenance into the number of proper maintenance, which project managers may only consider the current maintenance cost minimization of the single maintenance.(2) Establish the evaluation index system about the existing reinforced concrete structure reliability, the reliability as the total target, safety and suitability as two level indexes. For detecting sample data, use projection pursuit clustering algorithm to do classification processing, apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the rank appraisal, and put forward the viewpoints of the key maintenance and classification maintenance.(3) Considering the existing reinforced concrete structure deterioration process has some of the randomness, use Markov random process to the existing reinforced concrete structure deterioration for prediction analysis, established the foundation for the optimization of the MCC(4) The existing reinforced concrete structures repair management need to consider cost, performance, service life limit etc., which belongs to the multi-objective optimization problem so introduce multi-objective genetic algorithm into existing reinforced concrete structures repair plan optimization instead of the traditional multi-objective optimization algorithm.
