Engine is the main vibration and noise source of a car,engine is connected with theautomobile body through the engine-mount system。Therefore, rational design ofvibration isolation performance of mount system can improve vehicle ride comfort andreduce vibration and noise internal and external of a car,extend the life of the engine andother components。Through extensive reading of literature,this article give a summary of the research ofmount system in and abroad,analyzing the basic design requirement and design criteria ofmount system。Getting the quality characteristic parameters of engine-mount system throughexperiment,including the quality of the powertrain,the location of the center of mass,moment of inertia and product of inertia,getting the three direction stiffness of rubbermount by the rubber characteristic test bench and measuring the its coordinates relative tothe powertrain centroid coordinates。And analysis the vibration isolation performance of amount system of a car through experiment。Establishing the dynamics model of engine-mount system,analyzing its modal。Evaluating the performance of vibration isolation through the decoupling rate based onmodal analysis。On the other hand,evaluating the performance of vibration isolation bytransfer rate through experiment。According to the impact center theory and torque axistheory,compiling the evaluation procedures for the installation of engine-mount。For the target of the minimum of decoupling rate and the counterforce of each mountcomponents,optimize the stiffness and installation location of engine-mount system byreasonable limits to the scope of the six natural frequencies。And compile the generalprogram for the calculation and optimization of engine-system by MATLAB。Verifying the correction of the MATLAB model through the ADAMS multi-rigid-body dynamics software。 And simulating the limit displacement ofengine-mount system,the counterforce of each mount under idle condition,providingreference for the installation spacing of powertrain-mount system。...
