The powertrain mount system for electric vehicle refers to the motor powertrain and frame elastic connection system. Electric car powertrain vibration sources come mainly from two aspects. The one is internal self motivation, and the other is pavement incentive.By combining theoretical analysis and experimental research method, the actual needed mathematical model is established based on the theories and design principles of the mount system. And with a certain type of electric car as example, a set of relatively reasonable design scheme for motor driving powertrain mount system is put forward, and the integrated modeling of system is realized by using CATIA and ADAMS. Three directions static stiffnesses for the various solutions listed to mounts are tested and the experiment scheme of dynamic stiffness is set up. By selecting pebbles pavement, Belgium pavement, washboard roads and 100mmwood beam pavement to layout afresh mount system of this type of car respectively at 10km h, at 20km hand at 30km h, the vibration responses of the pavements for EV are received. The measured experimental results are analyzed with the power spectrum methods, and the problem is found out existing in the motor powertrain mount system. Thus the further local optimization design by using the energy decoupling method of the powertrain mount system for EV is suggested. In order to reduce vibration coupling, the relatively reasonable static stiffness value and rational opposite natural frequencies of mount system are obtained.
