The deformation is common phenomenon in natural world, which is thechange of shape, big or small, location for deformation solid acted under allkinds of loads in time and space world. In regular scope, the deformation isallowable, but if the deformation exceeds the allowable value, thedeformation will change into disaster. Deformation monitoring is to determinethe characteristics of change space location along with time by surveyingmonitoring object and deformation body. With the development of high-risebuilding, problems are arisen. Usually, high-rise building will take largerdeformations before danger happening, therefore, it is very need to makedeformation monitoring in construction of high-rise building, analyze andforecast the trend of approaching deformation development in order to timelylay down replying plan. Research on this major issue is provided withimportant practice meaning toward safely monitoring and controlling ofhigh-rise building, also toward safe construction and common operating.This paper firstly introduces deformation monitoring from five aspectsincluding the notion, object, meaning, technology, managing and analyzeprecast, explicitly research background and meaning of this paper, summarizethe development status quo at home and abroad about the theory ofdeformation monitoring, and list main research contents in this paper.Secondly, combining concrete engineering, the author made deformationmonitoring plan, which consist the engineering generation, instrument equipment used in observation, requirement of observer, precision ofobservation, cycle of observation, time of observation, operation requirementof construction observation, construction requirement of reference point andwater level point’s layout. The author discussed implement situation ofsettlement monitoring plan, show leveling route layout graph about settlementmonitoring in the first three times, analyzed the precision of leveling,obtained each monitoring joint’s settlement value in each time, accumulativesettlement value, average settlement value and practice observation altitudevalue.Thirdly, the author discussed data handling theory and method aboutdeformation monitoring: recurrence analysis method, time serial method andgrey system method. In recurrence analysis method, basic principle, buildingmodel’s procedure and model test of one unknown number linear recurrenceand two unknown numbers linear recurrence method is introduced; in timeserial method, characteristics, characteristic recognition and commonly usedmethod(being one time exponent level and smooth method&two timesexponent level and smooth method) of time serial is introduced; in the greysystem analysis method, the notion, characteristics, building model methodand model test is introduced.Being directed against above data handling and analysis method aboutdeformation monitoring, the author make use of Matlab7.0to draw upspecific program including one unknown number linear recurrence analysismodel, two unknown numbers linear recurrence analysis model, one timeexponent level and smooth model&two times exponent level and smooth model in time serial analysis method, and grey system model, make use ofeach model above to build the model and analyze by adopting seven cyclesdeformation monitoring data beforehand, based on these analysis result, theeighth and ninth cycle are observed. Through comparing all kinds of models’observation precision, each models’ precast precision is got and according toits precast precision, its arrangement is: two times exponent level and smoothmodel, grey system model, two unknown numbers linear recurrence analysismodel, one unknown number linear recurrence analysis model, one timeexponent level and smooth model. Therefore, this paper adopts two timesexponent level and smooth model to make precast, and the maximumdifference between precast value and practice value doesn’t exceed twomillimeters.Lastly, this paper directs the conclusions which are made by the author tocarry out research on high-rise building deformation monitoring and somesuggestions about developing this aspect of research for peers.
