| Recent30years, roller compacted concrete DAMS technology is developing so fast.. The RCC dam technology research is an important direction for how to build good high dams and arch dams. The material characteristics and construction method of roller compacted concrete is different from normal concrete. However there are a lot of thesis that work out from normal concrete, it results in the practical engineering and design has many different. The cause of global RCC arch dam cracks is temperature stress. Therefore, control the temperature and crack control of RCC arch dam is the most important technology about research roller compacted concrete dam.According to this design about ShanKouYan water conservancy engineering in LuXi county, PingXiang city of JiangXi province, for the following research:(1) Learn from experts" experience on temperature control simulation of roller compacted concrete in and abroad, then we can summarize principles and equations of temperature control simulation(2) Using SAPTIS to simulate seamless scheme of Shan Kou Yan water project, we can get envelope diagram of temperature and stress, and hydrograph, then we analyze them.(3) Using SAPTIS to simulate joints parting schemes of Shan Kou Yan water project(two induced cracks and transverse joints), we can get envelope diagram of temperature and stress,and Hydrograph, then we compare hem.(4)Combined with the temperature, stress observation data and construction of SanKouYan. Analyzes the design’s rationality and practicability.(5)To sum up the reasons for the characteristics of temperature Control Measures for Crack Prevention on RCC arch Dam, and give some proposal about temperature Control Measures for Crack Prevention from several aspects. |
