Statistically analyze the minefield distribution and present the differentiated lightning protection strategy with the lightning protection object of different conditions including the importance of line, the voltage level, the tower type, line corridor lightning activity, topographical features, phase. Analyze via the path selection, angle of ground protection and running effect of protection measures. When the lightning protection is taked on some transmission line which has been run,the implement measures should be compared and selected with differentiated thought. Scientific guidance for power grid transmission line lightning protection, through the differentiated strategy to improve the lightning protection of technical economy, enhance the level of safe operation of power transmission line.
