Composite structure is a new structure which developed from20thcentury,it hasbeen widely used in engineering. The merits of the composite structure combinationcapability largely depend on steel and concrete connection capability, so as the keyelements(shear connector) of the composite structure will have more in-depthresearch.The study of PBL shear connectors are more, the research achievements alreadyhave a good application in engineering. This article according to the existing researchresults and application of PBL shear connectors, through slightly improvement the PBLshear connectors, presents a new type connector-corrugated perfobond shearconnectors, and study the shear behavior by push-out tests. This paper designed and made34test samples of corrugated perfobond shearconnectors, the factors of heitht of wave, the angle of bend, the diameter of hole, the numberof hole, diameter of reinforcement, concrete strength, the number of shear connector anddifferent spacing of shear connector have been studied, the effects of shear behavior aremainly analysed,by comparing with connection behavior of PBL shear connectors toclarify the superiority of the connector-corrugated perfobond shear connectors.By meansof regression analysis, the preliminary calculation formula of corrugated perfobondconnectors shear bearing capacity are presented. Finally using the finite element analysissoftware ANSYS simulate the push-out test specimens, and the results and experimentalresults are compared, the datas distribution rule are basicly consistent, achieve the expectedeffect and purpose,it shows the feasibility of the finite element analysis, the results providereference for subsequent research work and application of connector-corrugated perfobondshear connectors.
