Given the rising amount of bridge demolition projects, researches had been taken onthe prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge, along with the exploration of thedemolished method and related structure analysis research in the following essay.Methods and features of common bridge demolition and applicable range inenginnering work.aims at the large segmental box girder integral lowering and removalmethod, carry out the corresponding research, on the base of curved box girder overthrewsensitivity recognition analysis, the application conditions of this removal method arediscussed. choose Guanlan River Bridge demolishing scheme, and take explanation to themain components of the system and the construction in the process of demolishingsecurity issues.Prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with span and block for cuttingdemolition, structure stress and deformation will constantly change with the systemconversion, based on box girder on the removal process of structure analysis, takereasonable measures to further optimize the demolishing scheme, research shows that, inthe continuous box girder bridge the dismantling process, when a larger segment of theintegral lowering method for removing a span box beam, the adjacent cross point willappear the larger tension stress, even more than the standard allowable value, thetemporary support pier top set can obtain satisfactory improvement effect.Demolition structure analysis mainly includes calculation analysis of removedobject namely box girder and dismantle system analysis, according to the actual situationmay using analytic method or finite element method. Removed object structure analysismainly ensure the system transformation in the process of box girder integral force anddeformation meet safety requirements, and no partial destruction; dismantle systemanalysis mainly analyze the each component of the removal system, ensure demolitionconstruction safety in the most unfavorable loading condition. In addition to the abovetwo aspects, calculate the general need for foundation design and foundation bearingcapacity.Introduces several kinds of commonly technologies and application in removal ofbridge construction, mainly includes machinery, realization process and technologycharacteristics etc, and the main construction technologies of the Guanlan River Bridge demolition are discribed.Research indicates that different engineering should choose appropriate constructionmethods and construction process,with the finite element structural analysis canconveniently advance useful suggestions to the construction scheme and structure design,research content may make certain referent significance to the similar bridge constructionand designation.
