The paper comes from the technology correspondent of Chongqing program-studyon fault diagnosis expert system for hydraulic system of8t autocrane(CSTC2009DA001-B). In recent years, with the rapid economic development, constructionmachinery has maken a lot of progress, and as one part of construction machinery, it hasbrought great development opportunity to automobile crane. The hydraulic system is akey part of automobile crane, and the most difficult problem in the hydraulic system ofautomobile crane is to how to accurate, rapid find where the problem is and how tosolve the problem or how to prevent the problem happen, so the hydraulic system of theautomobile crane is good or bad will directly affect automobile crane can work well ornot. This also means that the study on fault diagnosis expert system for hydraulicsystem of autocrane has a very important significance.The paper focuses on several aspects:(1)According to the structure characteristics of the hydraulic system ofautomobile crane, the main types of hydraulic system fault have determined, and itanalyzes the reasons that how to lead to the faults, and the method and improvementmeasures have been found. They lay the foundation of how to establish a fault diagnosisexpert system for hydraulic system of autocrane.(2)The paper proposes the method of the development of the neural networkexpert system, and it also design the chart of the organization about neural networkexpert system, and through the application of MATLAB software to fault diagnosis ofhydraulic system of autocrane, the BP neural network fault diagnosis has been applied.It determined the number of hidden nodes and through a neural training curve to faultdiagnosis of hydraulic system of autocrane, it can be see the convergence speed, and italso can get each node layer input weights. The real-time monitoring technology andneural network are combined to shorten the time of fault. It makes provision for behindthe establishment of expert system.(3)The paper designed the knowledge base and the inference engine for the faultdiagnosis expert system for hydraulic system of autocrane, and the neural networkmethod of comprehensive application of expert system has been established.(4)The paper achieved a friendly man-machine interface. Through the system, the user can quick find where the faults and find the reasons the problem reduce andfind the ways to solve it. The expert system not only will advance further thedevelopment of truck crane, but also plays a good role for the hydraulic system designin the future.
