Cement concrete pavement overlay technique has been the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Overlay mainly includes two kinds:asphalt concrete and cement concrete, which have a fissure interface damage is difficult to overcome the shortcomings.This article combines improvement project of Cheng-gui road cement concrete pavement in Guang-dong province, which carries the study on polymer modified cement concrete pavement of setting leveling layer,and with the aid of finite element software Ansys to analysis the polymer concrete pavement model of setting leveling layer of fiber reinforced concrete in different interface bonding materials, and different interface state, and different processing measures.First, The paper analysis the stress of each layer in different states, and emphasizes the importance of interface bonding to structure of overlay, and as a whole to work under the load.Secondly, The paper carried shear performance test, the flexural strength test and the splitting tensile bond test for the bonded specimens between the polymer modified cement concrete with the flexible fiber reinforced concrete and ordinary cement concrete, Which mainly inspected shear performance influence of interface roughness, interface type on old concrete and fiber concrete. The results show that the interface appropriate rough can enhance bonding strength and shear strength of polymer-modified cement binder is twice times the General cement paste.Third, this article carried finite element analysis to the set leveling layer of polymer modified cement concrete overlay about vehicle loading and temperature gradient. The force characteristics of the pavement structure undergoing a fundamental change when the interface bond or separation and the Vehicle loads. The pavement structure overall stress, deformation coordination, and the stress more beneficial when the interface bonding,which the pavement structure overall stress with better road performance when under temperature gradient and interface bind. The calculation and test confirmed that the selection of polymer-modified cement paste as a bonding between layers can meet the force requirements.Fourth, the results show that the structure of setting the leveling layer increase the interface, which Interface vulnerable to destruction,and the Construction not only increases costs, late on conservation is adverse. So the section could choose this type of polymer modified cement concrete pavement structure and interface treatment methods when the section need the Leveling layer, which can meet the requirement of pavement performance.
