Currently Drill-blasting method and the method of TBM are the main methods ofrock tunnel construction. In our country Drill-blasting method is very popular. Drill-blasting is one of the core processes in Drill-blasting method. Presently we commonlyuse pneumatic rock driling with bench excavation made by oneself and jumbo asdrilling machines.The cost of artificial drill-blasting method is lower, but labor intensityand work condition is poorer with less efficient constructions. Dril-blasting method byjumbo bores faster and has a higher degree of automation with safety and higher qualityconstruction.Tunnel excavation works in a better working environment. But its cost ishigh.Combining with the project of shi gu tunnel,Guangdong bo shen highway, theproject of three different drill-blasting projectes:Projectâ… artificial drilli-blastingmethod, Project â…¡ a rock car working alone, Project â…¢ two car collaborative workingtechnology rock comparative, progress comparative, cost comparative and safetycomparative,ultimately through evaluation theory grey comprehensive evaluationmethod is used to determined the optimal project that is Project â…¢.Firstly, this paper compared with three different technical schemes. Mainlycompared with three aspects of the constructive process and constructive content andoperating features.And optimized the technical plan.Secondly, paper established schedule model.Simulated of three different drillingand blasting methodes by using the circulatory network.Depicted single time of threekinds of drilling and blasting methods through the Gantt chart.And contrasted variousaspectes. That link in drilling rock is far better than single double pallet car and artificialrock drilling and blasting method.Compared with the different cost through the analysisof costs, quantification of their component parts and the three different drilling andblasting schemes.Seting up grey comprehensive evaluation method model to makeevaluation certainly objective.Finally, test different drilling and blasting methods by an engineering exampleapplication and comprehensive evaluation method and propose the optimal scheme.Compared through theoretical calculation, the actual data, and circulation of randomnetwork simulative technology, the simulation for the progress and construction siteactual single excavation progress.Scheduled the optimum scheme that is â…¢ scheme,double car collaborative work. Evaluated the quality, schedule, cost and safetythrough the grey comprehensive evaluation method, and finally determined that Projectâ…¢ is the best plan.And madethe the technology scheme further optimization.This paper argues that drill-blasting method of three armes determining the car isthe advanced tunnel excavation method, and to large sections, long tunnel, wholesection excavation, two sets of collaborative work better rock car in the future in tunnelconstruction has a bright future.
