This thesis introduce the present situation and earthquake response characteristics,research methods regarding to water-pier interation and the relevant norms of thehydrodynamic pressure in China and abroad,especially for fluid-solid interactionissue,Morison equation and radiation wave theory.Using the fluid-solid interactiontheory,Morison equation and radiation wave theory analyse deep-water piers of seismicresponse.In single pier model,the factors such as relative depth, natural vibration period,structure selfweight are considered; Using the two methods analyse the whole bridgemodel and calculate the hydrodynamic pressure on seismic response of piersinfluence,compare with the results of the two methods of calculation and analyse of thereason for the difference between the two methods.①Using fluid-solid interaction analyse the entity pier and hollow pier and drawsfluid-solid interraction to the influence of the entity pier than the hollow pier.②Using two different methods analyse the dynamic properties and dynamicresponse of BiYun bridge. The hydrodynamic pressure changes the seismic responsecharacters and increases dynamic response and the hydrodynamic pressure is influencedby the projects.③Compared two mothods, the effects of the radiation wave theory method tocalculate the dynamic water pressure the earthquake response than using Morisonequation.④In single pier of BiYun bridge model, using Morison equation and radiationwave theory analyse deep-water piers of seismic response, hydrodynamic pressure withthe change of relative depth, natural vibration period, structure selfweight,and pointsthe hydrodynamic pressure role is connected with depth,structure itself and the period.⑤Compared two methods and the codes, generally speaking, the two methods ofcalculating the hydrodynamic pressure value is far greater than the codes and the codesto calculate the hydrodynamic pressure of deep water bridge pier is partial not safe. To hydrodynamic pressure, Morison equation method is suitable for the structure with thesmall diameter, while the radiation wave theory is suitable for the big diameter and thehollow structure.
