Hot in-place recycling technology, English abbreviation (HIR), generally refers tothe use of hot recycling of asphalt pavement resurfacing mill on Asphalt ConcretePavement for local heating, loose, remixing, paving, leveling, forming a new pavement,commonly used in large area continuous renovation work. Hot in-place recyclingutilization of existing asphalt pavement is very commendable. The reason is that, on onehand reduce the new asphalt mixture is needed, on the other hand maintains the originalslope pavement, road safety can be guaranteed. Compared with the traditional designproposal, the implementation of hot in-place recycling project in cost but also has goodadvantage. Heat recycling unit is the hot in-place recycling technology in constructionof foundation. Good, suitable for hot in-place recycling unit is the in-place hot recyclingtechnology of construction guarantee.This combination of Chongqing TongLi Highway Engineering Limited company"with high temperature and rainfall in shallow layer of asphalt pavement hot in-placerecycling technology application research" project, the project used three kinds ofdomestic and foreign typical heat recycling unit (AnShan SenYuan heat recycling unit,Hongkong YingDa hot in-place recycling unit, as well as the German Wirtgen heatrecycling unit) the heat turned loose style, technology, cost contrast, environmentalinfluence on contrast, finally through the evaluation theory of AHP and grey relationalcomprehensive evaluation method to determine the AnShan SenYuan hot in-placerecycling thermal units turned loose for optimum heat loose way.First of all, the article undertook three kinds of typical foreign and domesticheating thermal units turned loose way: technical comparison of different heatingmethods of heating effect, heating uniformity of asphalt aging, comparing the effect ofdifferent ploughing method; the loose material, compared to aggregate degree ofrefinement compared, loose process comparison.Secondly, the evaluation index system, the establishment of evaluation model.Based on the evaluation of the ultimate goal, heat recycling technology characteristic,chose renewable heat effect index, cost index, ecological environment index. In athermal regeneration effect index and a4embodiment the regeneration effect ofindicators, including: friction coefficient of pavement, smoothness, texture depth,permeability coefficient. Economic cost index refers to the direct economic costs,including: artificial cost, material cost, cost of mechanical stage class. Ecological environmental index is produced in the course of construction waste gas pollution tosurrounding environment. This paper selects the synthetical evaluation model analytichierarchy process and grey comprehensive evaluation model.Finally, on the heat regeneration effect index, friction coefficient of pavement,smoothness, texture depth, permeability coefficient into the regeneration rate of changebefore and after the road surface friction coefficient, roughness change rate, the rate ofchange of texture depth, permeability coefficient change rate, is convenient for thedifferent test pavement evaluation. By tracking, collecting test data in the process, usethe comprehensive evaluation model of three kinds of equipment heat loose evaluationapproach, the final evaluation result.This paper obtains the final evaluation result is, the high temperature and rainyregions like Chongqing AnShan SenYuan the hot in-place recycling unit for optimumheat loose way.
