With the bridge construction technology development of our country, and theemergence of new construction technology and new material, the stiff skeleton concretearch bridge provides a good development direction for the large-span reinforcedconcrete arch bridge. The stiff skeleton concrete arch bridge has the advantages both ofthe CFST arch bridge and reinforced concrete arch bridge, and the self-erecting systemduring the construction provides convenience for construction. Especially during theconcrete outsourcing construction, the stiff skeleton concrete arch bridge construction isa complex process, to which the choice of the construction plan of main arch is critical,so this article has been studied on this problem.This paper took the extra large bridge-Zhaohua Jialingjiang River as thebackground, and made a comparative analysis of the model by using large-scale finiteelement program model Midas Civil, and studied on the concrete outsourcing andconstruction process monitoring.The main research work included the following aspects:①The paper reviewed the history and construction methods of the stiff skeletonconcrete arch bridge, summarized the research present situation and the existingproblems, introduced the present situation of bridge construction monitoring and thebasic computational theory of concrete-filled steel tube.②Simulation analysis of the structure construction. It probed the selection of unittype and main factors affecting the calculation of structure which need to be considered.③Research on multi-point equilibrium pouring scheme. Under the condition ofthe arch certain ring, analyzing the stress and deflection of different longitudinalsubsection and compared to determine the optimal construction solution.④Research on outsourcing concrete pouring length and dividing ring scheme.Analyzing the stress, deflection and stability of different outsourcing concrete pouringlength and dividing ring scheme, and compared to determine the optimal casting lengthand dividing ring scheme.⑤Research on outsourcing concrete monitoring. Analyzing the measured data andcalculated data, to ensure the safety of construction process.The study provide effective solutions of outsourcing concrete construction processfor the extra large bridge-Zhaohua Jialingjiang River, and complete constructionmonitoring work very well, and can be used as a reference for the bridge construction design of the same type.
