Due to concrete filled steel tube stiff skeleton arch bridge has good mechanical properties and a certain aesthetics,in recent years,it is favored by the engineers.With the rapid development of technology,and new construction technology and new materials,making concrete filled steel tube stiff skeleton arch bridge have a great leap forward.The construction of concrete filled steel tube stiff skeleton arch bridge not only has the characteristics of the steel structure installation,also has the characteristics of concrete,which caused the messy of this kind of arch bridge construction,although adopted erection system construction at present,there are still many difficulties to breakthrough.Especially the construction process of outsourcing pouring of stiff skeleton,main arch ring is particularly important to the construction scheme selection,this paper did some research on this aspect.Based on jialing river bridge in Guangyuan as the background,and using large-scale finite element analysis software Midas/civil to set up a space model to analyze and discuss.Analyzing the construction of outsourcing of the concrete pouring schemes,and this paper has carried out the following work:(1)Summarizing mechanical performance of concrete filled steel tube structure,and the advantages of this new type of material,then reviewing construction technology about concrete filled steel tube stiff skeleton arch bridge,and giving a brief introduction to the present research situation of concrete filled steel tube stiff skeleton arch bridge and the main existing problems.(2)Summarizing the installation technology of the main arch ring,and the common construction method.Second,to strength the skeleton tube concrete pouring construction technology.Finally explaining construction method of the placing outsourcing concrete uninterruptedly and construction method of multi-point equilibrium pouring.(3)outsourcing concrete construction stage of the finite element simulation analysis,including modeling thinking method,model simplification,etc.Outsourcing,and the influence factors of concrete during construction simulation analysis.(4)The two methods :the whole cross section of placing outsourcing concrete uninterruptedly and placing outsourcing concrete uninterruptedly while splitting arch ring,including calculation of the main cable-stayed buckle cable force,and influence of the skeleton stress,deflection and stability analysis.(5)Briefly introducing the construction method of outsourcing concrete pouring in reality about zhaohua jialing river bridge in Guangyuan,and then comparing the method of placing outsourcing concrete uninterruptedly and the method of multi-point equilibrium pouring,so as to select the optimal method of concrete pouring.Through the study of this paper,analyzing the place outsourcing concrete uninterruptedly by using method of the finite element,although zhaohua the jialing river extra-large bridge has been completed,there are still critical instruction for some other same type bridge in construction.
