Prestressed CFRP reinforcing technology is a very promising technology, as well ascurrent research on reinforcing technology of hot spots. At present, the two technicalproblems still exist, one being clamp and anchorage of FRP sheets, that has created th-e practicality of the stretching process. Waveform teeth clamp bolt (hereinafter referre-d to as wavy anchor) invention solved the problem of clamping and anchorage of FRP sheets But how are tensioned FRP sheets to give full play to its strength was needed to address the problem. Based on the waveform anchor design flat-anchor and rubbing anchored two stretching process, and have done a lot of carbon FRP sheets tension experiment, get the following research results.Plain end and hinged anchors are two anchors of the wave form. This article withflat-end bolt and hinge-bolt-tensioning of prestressed FRP sheets technique for the following theoretical and experimental research, main content and outcomes are as follows:1, From the perspective of tensioning force of, factors affecting the strength of FRP sheetsis the result of multiple factors. Mainlyfrom the load and static load failure types, comparison of tensile strength, eccentric tensionareas such as comparative analysis of the results. Analysis shows: hinge-bolt tensioningtechnology in the above aspects are much better than the plain end bolt tensioning technology.Prestressed FRP sheets plate-hinge bolt tensioning technology applied to high speed mixertap ditch bridge strengthening works of Gansu province. Project practice shows that the hingebolt tensioned FRP sheets process is simple, fast, and easy to achieve the rapid reinforcementof bridge without disrupting traffic.
