Due to the simple construction and flexible operation,the post-installed fastening technology has been continuously promoted and applied in the field of construction engineering.As an important connecting member in the post-installed construe,the anchor plate plays the role of transferring load and taking part of the load.The current ?Technical specification for post-installed fastenings in concrete structures?(JGJ145-2013)does not consider the out-of-plane bending deformation of the anchor plate in the calculation of the anchor internal force of the anchor group.It only gives the structural requirements,that is,the performance of the anchor plate should meet the requirements.The deformation of the anchor plate in engineering practice often adversely affects the anchor connection of the rear anchor group.At the same time,there is a lack of relevant research on the performance of the anchor plate at home and abroad,so further research on the performance of the anchor plate is of great significance.This article explores the mechanical performance of the back-anchored anchor plate under tension-bending combined stress and the value range of the relevant parameters of the anchor plate design,which provides a reference for the anchor plate design in engineering practice.In this paper,with the help of finite element software ABAQUS,a combination of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis is used to consider the performance of the anchoring anchor plate after the composite state of tension and bending is considered by different anchor bolt longitudinal distances,anchor plate thickness,anchor bolt diameter and connector size parameters The influence of performance on the anchor plate under each parameter state was compared and analyzed.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)Summarize the domestic and foreign research results of the back anchoring technology and the application of anchor plates,analyze the influencing factors that affect the group anchor connection performance in the back anchor structure,and expound the calculation theory related to the anchor plates.(2)In ABAQUS,a post-installed fastening structure model under tension-bending combined stress was established,the accuracy of the model is verified by comparison with other people's physical experiments.15 anchor group specimens were designed for numerical simulation tests to compare the tension between single-row anchor bolts and double-row anchor bolts.The loading state obtained the tensile and bending performance of each test piece,the deformation form of the anchor plate,and the stress distribution of the plate and concrete.(3)Numerical simulation results show that increasing the thickness of the anchor plate or decreasing the longitudinal distance of the anchor can improve the performance of the anchor plate to a certain extent;when the thickness t of the anchor plate is 18 mm or the longitudinal distance of the anchor is equal to 9t The rigidity of the test piece is fully exerted,and the overall tensile strength of the test piece is excellent,when s?11t,it is difficult to suppress the deformation of the anchor plate even if the thickness of the anchor plate is raised;when the value of the anchor diameter is less than 14 mm,the deformation of the anchor plate can be effectively controlled;when the cross-sectional height of the connector is controlled at about s /2,the anchor The ductility performance of the plate is the best;the diameter of the plate and the thickness of the plate should maintain a certain proportional relationship,so it is recommended to fully consider the influence of the above parameters when designing the anchor plate.(4)This paper compares the theoretical load of the test piece in the simulation test.The results show that the simulation under the recommended anchor plate parameter values is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation results,and the calculation of the anchor plate thickness is made partially verified.(5)This article summarizes the research contents,and provides suggestions and prospects for future engineering applications and research directions.The paper has 40 figures,8 tables and 107 references.
