According to the serious phenomenon of outlet leakage for single screw compressorof the Jinhao Air Compressor Company, design the dual column reverse spiral grooveupstream pumping mechanical seal, and analytical calculation was carried out. Use thefinite element software ANSYS and FLUENT,simulate the steady-state temperaturefield of the sealing ring, the steady-state pressure field between the end, obtain thepressure field, temperature field distribution of the sealing ring. Study the effects ofdifferent pairs of friction materials, sealed medium pressure, spindle speed ontemperature of the seal faces; and discuss the effect of the seal chamber pressure, speed,the viscosity of the sealing medium on some of the stability parameters of mechanicalseal, for the design and optimization of mechanical seal provides a theoretical guide.Simulation results prove the correctness of the design, on the conditions of variablespeed or variable pressure, the performance of the new designed sealing is good, facetemperature and friction power is relatively low, better than the performance of ordinarymechanical seal, compared to the single spiral groove upstream pumping mechanicalseal,the performance is also improved,meet industrial application requirements. Finally,do the economic analysis for the new mechanical seals, make it functionally andeconomically meet the requirements. At the same time, to solve leak problems of theother mechanical seal, this paper can provide a certain guiding significance andapplication value. |
