As the vigorous development of Wireless Internet and experience service continuously upgrade. Endurance and energy storage capacity has been challenged on traditional battery of portable electronics. Besides the environment friendly and high specific power and reliability good outside the advantage, The micro fuel cell have a higher energy density than traditional battery and replace the fuel quickly. so that, it is a critical part to find a efficient, low-cost and mass production process for the bipolar plate as the core components of the micro fuel cell.In this paper, Orderly-fixation process of bipolar plate’s surface micro structure were studied, the main research is to find influence between the arrangement of fixed diamond particle and the forming of reasonable process path. We selected the best arrangement of fixed diamond particle by uniformity evaluation of trajectory and fractal characteristics, and finally determined finally determine the concentric circles spacing is40mm, included Angle of particles is30℃longitude configuration way as the optimal arrangement of fixed diamond particle, the result also confirmed that Orderly-fixation process of bipolar plate can obtain the surface microstructure of high efficiency mass transfer in bipolar plate. Then, we find the process path is made by rotating array of branch unit with the analysis and designed a new branch flow channel with combination of unit structure and traditional straight flow channel.In order to analyze the influence of new branch flow channel to the fuel cell performance, we constructs the experimental device including operating temperature control of battery, gas pressure regulation of cathode, gas humidification control of cathode, methanol transport control system of anode and single fuel cell. Experimental study concluded that optimal operational parameters of fuel cell. Based on it, we carry out a comparative analysis between a new branch flow channel and traditional serpentine flow channel to the influence of fuel cell, the results show that new branch flow channel in the performance and inlet-outlet pressure drop are beyond traditional serpentine flow field.
