| Hydraulic technology is a key technology to achieve the transmission and control, In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, hydraulic technology and computer technology, microelectronics combined, it entered a new historical stage. As the underlying technologies, hydraulic drive, control and detection technology have an important impact on the progress of modern mechanical technology, used in various industrial fields. Currently, hydraulic technology has become an important symbol to measure the level of a country’s industrial.As a key element in the electro-hydraulic servo system, digital servo valve to some extent determines the performance of the entire system. Compared to other servo valves2D digital servo valve has a simple structure, good technology, lowcost, strong anti-jamming capability, contamination resistance, the spiral servo zero leakage small, low power consumption, can be continuously controlled almost nodead zone and hysteresis phenomena, static and dynamic characteristics. Although the product quality and the level of development of hydraulic technology have some improvement, the continuous improvement and expansion of existing technology can continue to meet and expand its application areas. Hydraulic technology has made significant progress in the high-pressure, high-speed, efficient, but also improve the servo control, digital control to achieve significant results.In this thesis, the diameter of miniature2D digital servo valve is4mm, it has small size, light weight and small inertia, it can greatly improve the response time of the valve, which form a complete series with2D digital servo valves of12.5Path and6Path.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Researching and designing4Path2D digital servo valve, applying specific structure principle and performance of screw mechanism, and driving the spool by continuous tracking and control of electro-mechanical signals, to achieve two degrees of freedom of the2D digital servo valve.(2)Using Simulink database of MATLAB software to simulate4Path2D digital servo valve with strict simulation and structural optimization.(3Experimental research of electro-mechanical converter and4Path2D digital servo valve were performed to study the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics. Experimental results shows the frequency width of electrical-mechanical converter is200Hz at-3dB and-90°pproximately, and the frequency width of4Path2D digital servo valve is about140Hz at-3dB and-90°approximately.(4)Do a final summary of the simulation analysis, structural design and experimental results, and insufficient and prospects. |
