| Electro-hydraulic servo control system has widely used in many fields such as aerospace,shipbuilding industry and military industry etc.On account of its merits like electro-hydraulic integrated,high power amplification factor and easy to closed-loop control and others.Electrohydraulic servo control system has great flexibility and a widely range of applicable formula,it is optimal control system which in speed of response and control accuracy,thus it has been widely used in engineering practice and became the mainstream hydraulic control system.As a key element in the electro-hydraulic servo system,digital servo valve to some extent determines the performance of the entire system.Compared to other servo valves 2D digital servo valve has a simple structure,good technology,low cost,strong anti-jamming capability,contamination resistance,the spiral servo zero leakage small,low power consumption,can be continuously controlled almost no dead zone and hysteresis phenomena,static and dynamic characteristics.Although the product quality and the level of development of hydraulic technology have some improvement,the continuous improvement and expansion of existing technology can continue to meet and expand its application areas.Hydraulic technology has made significant progress in the high-pressure,high-speed,efficient,but also improve the servo control,digital control to achieve significant results.This paper focus on the ameliorate design of miniature 2D digital servo valve,this valve has achieved smaller size,lighter weight,with an increased response.The main work and results are as follows:1.Design objectives of a miniature 2D digital servo valve has been presented,the structure of various components of miniature 2D digital servo valve has been analysis,and a compact of the structure has been designed.The results shows that the final weight is 0.24 kg,compared with the design before,weight loss 0.16 kg.And compared with products in same flow type,the weight loss achieve 0.16~0.94 kg.2.Basis on the study of the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve body,a mathematical model are established.The main factors affecting the performance been theory analyzes through simulation,and the design is optimized with the combination of structure calculation and simulation results.3.The test platform of 2D servo valve is introduced.Experimental research of electromechanical converter and miniature 2D servo valve were performed to study the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics.Experimental results shows the frequency width of electrical-mechanical converter is 190 Hz at-3dB and-90°approximately,and the frequency width of miniature 2D digital servo valve is about 120 Hz at-3dB and-90°approximately.Results shows that comparing with same flow type servo valve,it improve with bandwidth more than 20 Hz.The results shows that,compared with other production of domestic and foreign servo valves which have same flow levels,miniature 2D digital servo valve have a smaller shape and inertia,and its static and dynamic performance is more superior. |
