Research On The Vibration Characteristics Of The Floating Raft Vibration Isolation System

As a kind of effective damping noise reduction device,floating raft isolation system is widely used in power plant of all kinds of ships.The flexibility of the foundation of vibration isolation system has great effect on vibration isolation, so the research on the flexibility of the foundation of floating raft isolation system is very important to the development of the floating raft isolation system.The main working contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Research on the vibration characteristic of vibration isolation system, introduce the single layer vibration isolation system, double layer vibration isolation system and the vibration isolation characteristics of floating raft isolation system in evaluation index of force transmission rate.(2) Discuss the vibration isolation effect evaluation index,research on the simulation technology of the flexible foundation of vibration isolation system, propose the use of multiple groups of elastic beam in simulating flexible foundation and design a floating raft isolation test system of flexible foundation and the flexibility of the foundation is adjustable.(3) Simulate the vibration characteristic of vibration isolation system by using ADAMS,select the vibration level difference to evaluate the vibration isolation effect of the isolation system and then research on the effect which the flexibility of the foundation have on the vibration isolation effect of vibration isolation system. The research shows that:the vibration isolation effect of floating raft isolation system improve along with the increase of the rigidity of foundation(4) Set up a test platform of floating raft isolation system of flexible foundation and have a research on the effect which the flexibility of the foundation have on the vibration isolation effect of vibration isolation system.
