As an effective supplement and an important part of the smart power grid,microgrid plays an important role in the grid support, taking precautions against earthquakes and reducing natural disasters, improving energy efficiency, saving energy and reducing consumption, well as promoting the development of distributed energy. As a result,microgrid,a kind of new organization form of the future intelligent network, has attracted wide attention from scholars of various countries. Especially the environmental protection and economic problems in microgrid operation are being paid more and more attention to and researched.Firstly, from microgrid environmental economic perspective, the microgrid structure including Combined Cooling Heating and Power (CCHP) system and complementary joint power generation system is designed in this paper,which is devided into microgrid overall structure and energy structure.Secondly, microgrid economic operation optimization mathematical model and control strategy are put forward, which is divided into conventional model and probability model.Then the particle swarm optimization algorithms are researched detailedly, the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, chaos particle swarm algorithm and quantum particle swarm algorithm are designed, programed and tested.Finally, the basic particle swarm algorithm and improved particle swarm algorithm are combined to be used to microgrid environmental economic optimization in the gridconnected and gridisolated modes. Especially the paper discusses the economic load dispatch problem in the electric power market with real-time price, free competition, power bidirectional flow, where the energy storage system runs respectively in the way of alternating charge and discharge, spare discharge, peak load shifting and low load padding. Various numerical examples validate the correctness and feasibility of the particle swarm optimization algorithms and the control strategy in this paper,which is instructive and meaningful to microgrid economic load dispatch.
