Study On The Urban-Rural Integration Planning Strategy Based On Famous Village Protection

With the current rapid process of urbanization, especially the “three rural” developmenttrend, namely industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization of new ruralconstruction since the reform and opening up, our country now pays more and more attentionto the coordination of urban and rural relationship and the development of the rural areas,which leads to a mechanism of “industry promotes agriculture, city leads countryside”. Thenew rural construction now reaches high tide all over the country. Each place all has done aseries of urban and rural planning, mostly starting from the countryside space regulation,which has brought a great change to the the external image of the villages. However, thelong-term development of countryside are ignored, especially the suburban rural developmentessence which requires the accordance with the urban construction leading industry based ontheir own advantages of resources to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, there existsome shortcomings in the urban and rural planning from the perspective of considering urbanand rural areas as a whole. This paper aims to propose protective constructions for the villagesin Guangdong that have distinctive features, traditions and historic relics through studying theway Guangdong makes a famous town aiming at setting a demonstrative example to the othervillages to promote rural livable construction, and that the protection of famous villagesshould strengthen the connection between urban and rural area and consider urban and ruralas a whole. Meanwhile it puts forwards some strategies for the urban-rural coordinatedplanning. We hope to offer some reference for rural development, strengthen rural-urbanlinkages and manage to break through the rural urbanization dilemma by studying theexperience of urban and rural linkage development under the guidance of famous villageprotection.First of all, this paper provides an overall knowledge of the mode, methods andsignificance of famous villages protection, pointing out the problems, opportunities andchallenges of current famous villages protection. And it takes in the experience of domesticand international relevant ceses, thinking about the strategies and methods of domestic famous villages protection and construction.Secondly, this paper hackles theoretical basis of overall development of urban and ruraland tries to dig out suitable ways of famous villages planning and construction under thebackground of rural urbanization to promote the likage development of the construction ofcity and famous villages. At the same time, it probes into the promotion mechanism of overallurban and rural development to the protection of famous villages, and put forwards somestrategies for overall urban and rural development in the course of famous villages protectionfrom the perspective of industrial building, space planning and facilities.In the last part of the paper, it intends to explore the strategies of famous villagesplanning and protection whose economy is based on tourism in the course of overall urbanand rural development, and to evaluate the overall urban and rural development on the basisof the established evaluation system.
