At present, smart microgrid has become the world’s research subject, but energy storage problem is still restricted its development’s bottleneck.This text completed "cloud electrical science and technology park’s smart microgrid demonstration project and the experiment test platform’s construction research", it based on cloud electrical science and technology park’s248kWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system in kunming to open up applied research of storage battery in smart microgrid. For energy storage system’s further application in smart microgrid system provides the theoretical basis and the practical application technology.First of all this text has contrasted analysis all types of battery’s function, make sure the type of cloud electrical science and technology park’s energy storage battery, the energy storage pile’s capacity configuration and its location, and make sure that the battery management system’s and the inverter system’s configuration scheme; secondly it has completed the installation, commissioning, operation of cloud electrical science and technology park’s248kWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, it has solved the problems in the system operation, determined the parameters threshold of the battery management system, and explained the phenomena in the system operation and the battery’s voltage jump phenomenon, and put forward the concept of "battery virtual pressure"; once again,it has used EMTDC power simulation software for the inverter system to simulate and the portable electric power test wave record analyzer for battery array to make short-term testing, has verified the actual output waveform and at the same time completed the harmonic analysis, by constructed cloud electrical science and technology park’s smart microgrid system, used BP neural network to predict the pv generated energy and formed the prediction platform, through the four party company’s CSGC-3000general software platform developed advanced micro nets application, namely maked smart microgrid’s control strategy, lithium battery pile’s control scheme and lithium battery pile and super capacitor composite energy storage’s control scheme, and researched and analysed the control effect; finally based on yunnan power grid energy storage system’s running condition to make lithium battery’s and super capacitors’ constant current and constant power charge and discharge test, and researched cut the peak and fill valley effect of lithium battery pile and tested the lithium battery pile’s functions.
