The main purpose of the study and development of Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion technology is burning the inferior coal which pulverized coal boiler can not burn, and the and technology research work is based around improve combustion efficiency or boiler efficiency. But the fouling problems of CFB boiler tail flue gas duct heating surface affect its efficiency seriously, therefore, the study of fouling monitoring and sootblowing optimization are particularly important. Because of the different of the CFB boiler circulating fluidized combustion technology and structure characteristics from pulverized coal boiler decided its ash mechanism and characteristics of heating surface fouling is also different. So it is blindness that directly applied fouling monitoring molel and software of pulverized coal boiler in CFB boiler.This article is based on490t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in Tangshan Kailuan Dongfang Power Plant as the research object. Firstly introduces the structure and arrangement of boiler, combustion system, air and flue-gas system, fouling system, etc. The characteristics of ash mechanism and the fouling of tail flue gas duct heating surface has been analysed for characteristics of the CFB boiler structure, combustion, coal. Set up fouling model of convection heating surface. Object-oriented Visual C++language and Access database technology has been applied to make fouling monitoring software based on the fouling model. The results of the actual calculation used the fouling monitoring software are correspond with the actual fouling situation, and can accurately predict fouling degree of CFB boiler convection heating surface.It is concluded that the optimization sootblowing scheme via fouling degree monitoring analysis of CFB boiler convection heating surface. According to the monitoring of heat transfer coefficient decided to sootblowing frequency, instead of fixed sootblowing frequency. Fouling condition is judged based on heating surface wall temperature when rise or reduces bioler load. The heating surface sootblowing order has been reformulated, ect. The above sootblowing strategy can provide a reference for the safe and economic operation of CFB boiler.
