Research On Cement Fluidized Pneumatic Conveying System

Now, the pneumatic conveying technology is widely used in cement, metallurgy, chemical, electric power industries with its high efficiency. In addition, after years of development, the technology and theory knowledge of pneumatic conveying increasingly perfect, pneumatic conveying species has become rich and system is also becoming more and more complicated. So, to design a set of impeccable pneumatic conveying system, not only to make it has low energy consumption and high stability, and asked to choose the right parameter, configuration and layout according to the specific industrial production environment.The main content of this article is to design a set of cement conveying system applied to the construction site, the technology is fluidized pneumatic conveying technology. Fluidized is a state, is solid materials particles fluidized state under the action of the fluid media, and a relatively stable state between the fixed bed and the transportation bed. This paper firstly introduced the concept、type and its advantages and disadvantages of pneumatic conveying system, and the basic theory of knowledge of fluidization technique; Secondly according to condition completed the calculation of the parameters of the pneumatic conveying system of, including transportation wind speed, mixing ratio, suspension speed and the system pressure loss and so on, and then with reference to the relevant regulations and manual, complete the selection of cement conveying main equipment and sketch rendering; Finally designed the dirt catcher、measuring equipment and level gage to make the whole conveying system has the function to dustproof, automatic measurement, level measurement function, and finally form a perfect system.
