At present, more and more serious environmental pollution, high efficiency, low energy consumption and less environmental pollution of gas-steam combined cycle power plant has been developed rapidly.there are few combined cycle units,which have already been put into use and there is not capable of independently developing the large capacity gas-steam combined cycle power unit in China.With the support of computer simulation technology,the real-time simulation models can be set up,it has an important significance to analyze the overall dynamics characteristics of combined cycle units,and solve the problems existing in its operation.The working mechanism of the main equipment in gas-steam combined cycle power unit is researched. Based on the stage-stacking principle,the method of calculating compressor performance curve is proposed by combining the improved stage-stacking method and operation measured data of the real gas-steam combined cycle power unit,and the method of calculating discharge pressure of every turbine stage is presented by using the principle of the pressure node in fluid network.Based on the mass and energy conservation laws,by using the correlative theory equations and the basic module in fluid network model, Study the heat recovery steam generator and turbine dynamic model and simulation module.Combining the steam-water and gas fluid network models,the real-time simulation model for the heat recovery steam generator and turbine system are built in gas-steam combined cycle power unit.With the STAR-90simulation supporting system,by combining the dynamic simulation models of the gas-steam combined cycle power unit developed in the paper,the overall real-time dynamic simulation model for the thermal systems of the PG9171E gas-steam combined cycle power unit is built,which the simulated object is the No.l power unit installed in Suzhou Blue Sky Gas Company.The precision and rationality of the model dynamic behavior are validated by using the real unit operation data.This article also according to gas-steam combined cycle unit in the design, operation and other aspects of the practical problems,proposed optimization strategy.
