As the development of computer technology and the popularization of knowledge, more and more people have network attack techniques. It has resulted in potential security threats expanding in various units and departments of the network information. Meanwhile, people’s attention to information security are increasingly high, the users’demand for information promote the public institutions, and the government departments and commercial organizations gradual increase investment in information security at the same time. For power companies, use of unsafe or incomplete data may due to irreparable loss, so the integrity of the information requirements should be more stringent. With the advancing standardization process of Smart Grid and increasing openness, network security, especially integrity security of Smart Grid has been more and more critical. At present, most of the methods of data evaluation operate directly on data. In the Smart Grid which has a huge amount of data its efficiency is slow, and it’s not quantitative evaluation which is more objective on the whole system. At first, based on the definition of the integrity internationally accepted, by way of the analysis and quantization for the integrity indicators of Smart Grid, this paper built the automaton model for the netwok information statuses of Smart Grid, gave a quantitative evaluation model for data integrity QEMI(Quantitative Evaluation Model for Integrity) which doesn’t need to directly operation on the data.At the same time, this paper built different data integrity quantitative evaluation modals for the different security mechanisms, and proved this evaluation model is expandable and can provide quantitative evaluation results. And then, this paper designed and realized the Smart Grid Network Information Integrity Quantitative Evaluation System based on QEMI, and gave examples to proved that its results is accurate. And by expanding the system function forfinancial goals, proved that the system can give significant results. Finally, using the integrity of the state sequence as a Markov model input, this paper designed and realized predictive analysis for the integrity status of the Smart Grid network information.
