With the rapid development of smart grid construction and the continuous progress of cloud computing technology, the application of cloud computing in the information construction of smart grid has become a trend. Cloud storage is a flexible, scalable, reliability system with a huge amount of data to be processed, and it can be used to solve the problem of massive data storage in smart grid. However,the problem of data security in cloud storage is a great challenge for smart grid.How to ensure the integrity of the data in cloud storage of smart grid is the major research in this paper.Firstly, according to the deficiencies of the existing schemes, we have improved the data integrity verification scheme for cloud storage. The bilinear pairing and homomorphic identification are used in the design of this scheme. The calculations of data tags and verification evidence are completed by the cloud server.Meanwhile, the Map Reduce programming framework is used for parallel computing of data tags, which improves the efficiency of data storage and integrity verification.At the same time, a privacy-preserving public verification is realized by utilizing random security parameters and dynamic verification is realized by introducing index-hash tables. Secondly, the data integrity protection model for cloud storage of smart grid is proposed on the basis of smart grid data center architecture. In this model, according to CIM model in IEC61970 standard and HBase database, the secure cloud storage of power data is designed. Then, the improved verification scheme is optimized in accordance to the designed secure cloud storage. Finally, on the 9 nodes cloud computing platform built in the laboratory, the data integrity protection prototype system of cloud storage in smart grid was completed by programming. We tested the data storage efficiency and the performance of data integrity verification algorithm on the prototype system. The results of experiment show that the proposed scheme can effectively verify data integrity in the cloud storage of smart grid. Moreover, the designed algorithm has high efficiency. The computation overhead in the cloud server and verification server are smaller. So it can provide the effective protection for the data in cloud storage of smart grid.
