The Research Of500kV Changchun South Digital Substation Test Scheme

In recent years, with the application of IEC61850and the popularity of electronic transducers, intelligent breakers and intelligent circuit breaker and other new equipment, the substation automation system is going to digital stages. Electronic transformer, intelligent circuit breaker and the spacer between the transmission of digital signals, network system and the conventional substation to have very big difference, the traditional substation testing methods are not applicable. Therefore, in-depth study of the digital substation testing method, develop digital substation test plan, has very important practical significance and application value.Under the background of500kV Changchun South digital substation, Dissertation introduce the applied technology of digital substation’s critical equipments, include the working principle of popularity electronic transducers, menging unit, intelligent terminal and engineering applies, then introduce the system structure of IEC61850standard digital substation network system and technological characteristics. What’s more, base on the research of working principle and technological characteristics of the relevant equipments, this dissertation work out the specific test scheme. In the test scheme, there are comparison and research about digital transformer test point and standard device, setting up digital substation emulation test platform to give network test.Then following the test scheme. I analyze the test result. The test results show that this test scheme can give comprehensive inspection and verification to function and characteristics of digital substation process equipment and network system,can bethe reference for the same kind of digital substation test and achieve the expected target of this subject.
