Research On The Project Management And Process Design Of Thermal Power Plant Equipment Maintenance

The rapid development of China’s market economy is caused by social increasing demand for power, and the stability and reliability of the requirements should be improved. In order to ensure stable power supply, power generation enterprise to power equipment maintenance is a necessary link. The traditional way of maintenance for power plant are breakdown maintenance and cycled maintenance. However the traditional way of the overhaul maintenance cost is high, while the reliability of the electric power equipment is slow after maintenance. The condition based maintenance can effectively improve the reliability of the electric power equipment, reducing maintenance cost, reducing the risk of electric power equipment failure. So the condition base maintenance and its application is good for reducing the cost of power plant, to meet the needs of the social stability of power and, to promote our country’s economic development has a self-evident an important role.Based on the theory of condition based maintenance, this paper analyze the management process of the thermal power equipment maintenance. First this paper introduced the development of equipment maintenance system, expounding the condition based maintenance of domestic and foreign research status and its use, analyzing the present situation of electric power enterprise equipment repair and existing problems. This paper puts forward with the state overhaul management projects theory to the power plant to the maintenance of the ideas and methods. Based on the CBM (condition based maintenance) general process, this paper introduces the process of the implementation of the steps.Second, through the YangPu the power plant in the case, the state overhaul management process design for a more detailed analysis, focuses on the state overhaul management flow of the cost control, risk control, progress control and safety management methods.Finally, this paper summarized the enterprise in the state overhaul management encountered in the process of difficulties and countermeasures, analyzing on the cost, schedule, and risk management of the difficulties, and suggestions are proposed.
