At present, the battery supplyfor downhole equipment has limited capacity and has been greatly affected by temperature, thegenerally continuous working time of the battry is about200hours. So only using downholebattery power supply has been dififcult to meet the requirement. Analysis from dirllingmeasurements and downhole control working conditions, as well as logging ifinction andstructure of the instruments and tools, the sluny generator underground main power is a betterchoice,A corresponding proposal is presented rfom the basic theory of the column clcctircitytransmission technology and downhole fluid power generation technologies, aiming at thepower supply system. On the basis of analysis and compairson of the two power supply proposal,and the proposal based on the oirented dirlling and downhole fluid power technology is used.Through performance lest and result analysis on the fluid generator, the rectiifer regulatorcontroller is designed, also the hardware circuit and simulation on the fluid generator-rectiiferregulator controller is done，and circuit packaging and test, which form a good foundation forthe system experiment.The expeirmental result on the fluid generator rectifier regulator controller shows thesupply methods based on downhole lfuid steerablc dirlling downhole achieve the desired results,and provides an important referencc-oirented drilling downhole power supply. The load ofrectifier regulator controller is a micro-motor, which outputs48V DC，and has the functions ofundervoltage protection，ovcrvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, automatic monitoirnggenerator output voltage, can monitor the output voltage of generator. When the output voltagecan not meet the load of rectifier regulator controller requirements, which can not output power.The input impedance of Rcctifier regulator control circuit must be corresponded with thegenerator winding characteristics, then can output the maximum power output of300W.Rectifier regulator controller work environment should take into account the characteirstics ofthe dirlling environment requires the ability to high temperature, anti-vibration, and can be installed in the dirll collar to allow space in the downhole.
