Modern times is the era of information, and digitalization of information is more and more attentioned by researchers. Digital technology is also setting off a wide range of revolutionary of products, various kinds of electrical equipments, information processing equipments are digitalized. Such as digital TV, digital broadcasting, digital film, DVD and so on, the communications network is also changing to the digital direction. Now the power supply is also changing to the digital direction.Compared with conventional analog control , digital control of switching- mode power supply(SMPS) has got much attention due to its better power management ,ability to interface with digital systems, flexibility to implement sophisticated control schemes without changing hardware circuit , and so on.In this paper, the designing of high-frequency communications switching regulator is the core of the DC power system, and its function is converting single-phase AC power rating to the 48V DC power supply for recharging batteries, and also for communications Power supply equipment. Using Microchip's power management con troller——dsPIC30F2023 digital signal controllers at the core of digital control. Include: ZVS full-bridge digital realization of current control loop and voltage control loop to achieve closed-loop, the analog signal collecting and digital filtering, and communicating to the monitor system.In this paper, around the study of switching power supply, research can be divided into the following sections:First of all, analyze the current status of communications power and the trend of development, pointing out the advantages of digital power;Secondly, in accordant with the characteristics of switching power supply and requirements of operators to identify design;Thirdly, according to form of design to determine the designing of hardware and software ; Finally, according to the results of debugging, to sum up the design, further work prospects.The final design of this application is as core of the DC power supply system of communications system (such as the combination of power system, independent of the switching power supply systems, embedded switching power supply systems) . As a result, the system also has to meet the demands of parallel applications, remote control, remote conmunication ,remote testing and other functions.
